1. What do I need to bring?
2. Can I drive out of state?
Yes, just not to Canada or Mexico and remember to stay with in your mileage allocation to avoid additional charges.
3. Can I drive off road?
Generally we don't want you going on super muddy or rough terrain that would be extremely expensive or difficult to recover the vehicle from if there was a problem. Not all of our vehicles have 4 wheel drive, but generally are equipped for dirt roads and rough logging roads. We realize your adventure may include going on dirt/gravel roads to a dispersed campsite or other remote area, and that's fine.
4. Do you offer delivery of the vehicle?
Yes, for a $20 fee each way, we offer pickup on the Bainbridge island side of the ferry terminal. We do not offer delivery off of Bainbridge Island.
5. What is the mileage policy?
Each rental includes 100 miles per day of your rental. So a 7 day rental will include 700 miles. Rental days are calculated in 24 hour increments (i.e. 20 hours = 1 day, 30 hours = 2 days). Additional miles are .35 per mile.
6. What is the pet policy?
Yes! Take Fido on a journey of a lifetime; we are very pet friendly! However, we may charge an additional cleaning fee if Fido makes a mess.
7. I am flying into Seattle, how do I pickup the vehicle?
Pickup is easy. The best option is to select Ferry Terminal pickup/dropoff with your rental. When arrive at the Seattle airport (SEATAC) you can take an uber/taxi to the Seattle ferry terminal and take the ferry to Bainbridge Island. We can meet you at the Bainbridge Island terminal for pickup/return.
